BRICS Youth Policy Ministers to Meet in Ulyanovsk
BRICS Ministers of youth policy will meet on 25 July as part of the BRICS Youth Summit, which will take place in Ulyanovsk on 22–26 July.
“The event participants will consider proposals to arrange joint work in youth cooperation and developing the traditions of the World Festival of Youth,” Minister of Youth Development of the Ulyanovsk Region Artyom Miroshnikov said.
A declaration is expected to be adopted following the meeting.
In addition, during the Youth Summit, Russian pilot, cosmonaut, and Hero of the Russian Federation Sergey Kud-Sverchkov will present an international photo exhibition of the BRICS Universe project to Ulyanovsk residents and guests of the city, which showcases photographs of UNESCO creative cities in BRICS countries taken from Earth and from space.
The Youth Summit is being organized by the Russian Federal Agency for Youth Affairs, the Russia–BRICS Project Office for International Youth Cooperation, the Ulyanovsk Region government, and the Ministry of Youth Development of the Ulyanovsk Region.
The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS Chairship.
