BRICS Working Group on research of competition issues in pharmaceutical markets will be held on September 9, 2024, in Wuhan during Russia’s BRICS Chairship in 2024.
The meeting of the BRICS Working Group on research of competition issues in pharmaceutical markets will be held within the Fair Competition Conference of the People's Republic of China, organized by the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China on September 9-10, 2024 in the city of Wuhan (PRC).
The co-chairs of the BRICS Working Group on research of competition issues in pharmaceutical markets are the FAS Russia and the State Administration for Market Regulation of the People's Republic of China.
The meeting of the BRICS Working Group on research of competition issues in pharmaceutical markets will give participants the opportunity to discuss a wide range of issues related to price regulation in pharmaceutical markets, improving access to biological products in developing countries, as well as prospects for the development of cooperation among BRICS countries in this area.
The event will be attended by representatives of the BRICS competition authorities, heads of leading pharmaceutical companies from China and Russia, as well as scientists and experts, which will allow to fully discuss competition issues in the pharmaceutical markets in BRICS countries.
The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS chairship.
