BRICS Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors Wrap Up Financial Track of Russia’s Chairship
BRICS Finance Ministers and Central Bank Governors – including representatives of BRICS new member countries – met in Moscow on 11 October for the last time as part of Russia’s chairship.
A high-level seminar on improving the international monetary and financial system was scheduled for the day before the meeting, on 10 October.
Russian Minister of Finance Anton Siluanov spoke about what Russia has accomplished in the financial track during its time as chair and presented a report, prepared in conjunction with the consulting company Yakov & Partners, on how to improve the international monetary and financial system.
