The BRICS Network of Labour Research Institutes will be held on 9 April at the All-Russian Scientific-Research Institute of Labour (Moscow), who is heading up the research Network in 2024.

Meeting participants will consider the topic of ‘Platform Work: Its Role in the Labour Market and How to Regulate Platform Workers’ as a priority for joint research. The project will seek to gain a better understanding of how platform work functions in BRICS and what role the digital transformation plays in the process before making recommendations on how the field might be regulated flexibly.

The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS Chairship.
