9th BRICS Young Scientists Forum

The IX BRICS Young Scientists Forum was held at Sirius on 25–29 November. The winners of the VII BRICS Young Innovator Prize were also announced during the event.

BRICS researchers also took part in the business programme of the IV Young Scientists Congress, the key annual event of the Decade of Science and Technology in Russia.

The event brought together 180 delegates, the largest number of participants in the Forum’s history. The programme included work by thematic groups in the following areas: artificial intelligence, digital humanities, and environmental and nature-like technologies.

The winners of the VII BRICS Young Innovators Prize, which included scientists from Brazil, China, and Russia, were announced during the plenary session of the IV Young Scientists Congress.

The Roscongress Foundation manages the events of Russia’s BRICS chairship.
